研究方向:

吴小剑,一级主任医师,二级教授,博士生导师,博士后合作导师,首届国家杰出医师。现任中山大学附属第六医院院长,广东省胃肠病学研究所(中山大学胃肠病学研究所)所长,胃肠肛门外科学部主任,国际癌症基因组联盟ICGC-ARGO结直肠癌项目负责人、生物医学大数据教育部工程研究中心副主任。担任中国抗癌协会结直肠肿瘤整合康复专委会副主委、中国医师学会结直肠专委会外科手术学组副组长、广东省医学会结直肠肛门外科学分会主任委员、广东省医师协会胃肠外科分会主任委员、广东省医学领军人才、《中华炎性肠病杂志》主编、《中华胃肠外科杂志》副主编等。
既往主持国家863计划、国家国际科技合作重大专项、国自然面上等项目;作为主要参与人获国家科技进步二等奖、教育部科技进步一等奖、广东省科技进步一等奖等荣誉称号;作为通讯作者(含共同)近年在Nature Communications(3篇),PNAS(2篇),Lancet Gastroenterol Hepatol、Advanced Science、Microbiome、Medical Image Analysis等知名期刊发表论文60余篇。其发表于Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery文章曾被国际NCCN指南引用,用于指导II期结直肠癌辅助化疗。执笔编写国家癌症中心中国结直肠癌筛查与早诊早治指南。作为广东省县域医共体结直肠癌筛查项目组长,带领组长单位牵头开展省内22县域地区开展结直肠癌筛查队列,在肠癌早诊早筛诊断策略方面具有丰富的经验和研究基础。
