张雁，中山大学生命科学学院教授，广东省教学名师，宝钢优秀教师，教育部生物科学类专业教学指导委员会委员，广东省生物科学类专业教学指导委员会主任委员，教育部基础学科拔尖学生培养计划优秀导师，慕课西部行工作委员会副秘书长，教育部教育质量评估中心专业评价专家。
在科研方面，致力于口腔颌面部腺体再生、临床级干细胞的非抗体结合蛋白分选技术，微环境对肿瘤细胞重编程的调控机制研究。
（1）建立了泪腺干细胞和唾液腺干细胞修复腺体的技术平台；
（2）人工智能辅助的免疫相关分子双靶向抑制多肽研发和优化技术平台，其中PSGL-1和PD-1双靶向多肽（I类创新药）产业化关键技术获科技部全国首届颠覆性技术创新大赛区域赛优胜奖和全国总决赛优秀奖；
（3）发现舌癌细胞的巨噬细胞拟态，以及舌肌细胞的转分化功能。
在教学方面，教育部“未来产业-生物医学”系列教材建设团队负责人、国家级教学成果二等奖2项（分别为第二、第三完成人）、广东省教育教学成果一等奖1项（第一完成人）、2025年中山大学本科教育教学成果特等奖1项（第一完成人）、国家级一流课程2门，广东省一流课程2门、广东省课程思政示范课程1门，广东省课程思政示范课堂1门，广东省课程思政示范优秀案例奖2项、出版教材4部。近五年共主持各级教学研究项目30项，其中，作为项目负责人主持教育部项目5项。
